Description: We will discuss a number of topics including biblical nutrition, the psychology of eating, the food that God has provided us (real food) vs. the food that humans have made, supplements (what do we need and what don't we), weight control, how food affects children, meal ideas... My goal is to provide a better understanding of what food can do for us and how it can hurt us, to have confidence walking into the grocery store to know how to pick out the right foods, and to use food as a tool to create health for the entire family. Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made and we have been blessed with an amazing variety of food to choose from to fuel them. – Dr. John Neff
So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
