Do you want to learn more, dig deeper into the Word?  Join us for one of our many classes we have to offer.  



    Interested in finding out more about what it means to be a member of First United Methodist Church of Clermont? We invite you to attend our new member class.  It is typically a 4-week class and a great opportunity for you to find out more about the life and ministry of our church.

    Our next New Members class will be starting September 9th, 5:00pm-6:30pm, in the Upper Room.  They will meet every Sunday for 4 weeks.

  • Gideon Bible Study

    Starting September 12th

    September 12 from 6:30-7:30pm in the Upper Room. They will begin Gideon by Priscilla Shirer which is a 6-week study. Call or come by the church office to sign up and to purchase the workbook for $13. This study will en- courage you to recognize your weakness as the key that the Lord gives you to unlock the full experience of His strength in your life.

    Starting September 20th


    Join Candy Ogden on September 20th 9-11am in the Upper Room as she leads us on an 8 week scriptural teaching on healing. DVD teachings by Barry Bennett, Charis Bible College, with handouts each week. Learn to live and walk in health! Bring your bible, something to write in and with. Come expecting a blessing!

    starting october 7th

    If you want to be- come more familiar with the bible and what God’s word means in your life, this 5-week introduction may be a good place to start. We will cover the overall contents of the Bible, locate familiar and im- portant Bible stories in their context and spend some time each week learning about different ways to do your personal Bible study. 

    Join Pastor Bill Delia for 5 weeks with the Good Book starting Sunday, October 7th in the Upper Room from 5-6:30pm. Contact the church office to sign up, space is limited.

  • men's Istand bible study

    Resumes September 12th

    Men’s IStand Bible Study, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 6:30pm, in the Asbury House. Join them as they resume on September 12th and begin the 13 week study Fundamentals of the Faith; 13 lessons to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Ed Taylor will be leading the study produced by Grace Community Church.

  • Kings Daughters Women's Bible STudy

    Welcome to King's Daughters Women's Bible Study! We meet every Tuesday morning during the regular school year (Sept-May) 9:00am to 11:00am in the Social Hall of our church campus (located below our Main Sanctuary.) Childcare is available: email

    Join them Tuesday, September 4th as they begin a study based on the recent movie “I Can Only Imagine. All women are invited.

  • Bible Boomers

    We are a community of 50+ Christians who have become great friends, enjoying a variety of short studies (6-8 Weeks), social outings (concerts, dinners, BBQ’s), and praying for our church and each other. The Boomers also get involved in volunteer opportunities at church throughout the year. The Boomer Bible Study group meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30am and 11:00am in the Upper Room from September through May, and are always looking to add new friends. Contact: Les & Sue Prestegard

    SEARCHERS is a Mature-Adult group seeking his word within a caring community to help us be in the world with a better understanding of God's plan for our lives. This group meets every Sunday morning 9:30am-10:30am in the Social Hall.

    We are a mixed group of “middle-age plus” adults seeking to study and learn & understand God’s word and will for our lives. We use the Bible and various study books & DVD’s to enhance the studies. They meet the 2nd and 4th Sunday at Linda Moles house.
